Combine 1 ounce of any carrier oil (these are the best: jojoba, avocado, sweet almond) with 5 drops of chamomile and 7 drops of lavender. Apply as needed.

Take ¼ cup Aloe vera gel and mix it with ½ cup virgin olive oil, 6 capsules of vitamin E (use only the liquid inside the capsules), 4 capsules of vitamin A. Place the mixture in a blender and mix it really well. Store it in a jar and keep it in the fridge. Apply as needed on a regular basis.
